Field Inspectors will travel to chosen counties or zip code areas in order to provide financial institutions collateral inspections on mortgaged properties. Inspecting the properties consists of taking clear and accurate photographs of the specific house, apartment or potentially construction site. Once the photographs are taken and the inspection is completed the field inspector will conclude their work with a client supplied survey. This survey generally includes questions regarding occupancy, the overall condition, and any damage within the inspection site.

When a field inspection is assigned to the inspector, the inspector has 3-7 days to complete the order - all orders must be completed by the due date. Orders are available to be completed up to 7 days in advance of their final due date.

For the field inspection position the pay varies per inspection by region and other factors including inspection type. Generally rates are between $6 and $7 per inspection completed. Depending on work ethic and commitment to this position, pay could increase per month.

The Field Inspector position requires the inspector to be reliable, self motivated, and willing to communicate to homeowners and other peers. Another requirement for this position is the inspector must own a Smartphone (Iphone or Android) in order to complete the required photographs and survey portion of an inspection. The survey is provided through an app that must be downloaded onto the inspector's smart device.

For this position inspectors are needed to perform a high volume of inspections, however inspectors looking to add volume to their current workload could manage a part time position. APPLY TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
