Responsible for managing the business operations of programs in Sheridan Wyoming through engaged support of the Easterseals Wyoming (ESW) Management Team. The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring systems are in place so business operations run efficiently and effectively and align with ESGW and funding sources requirements. Works closely with Supervisor, Quality and Compliance, ESGW finance, human resources, IT, and other key leadership staff as needed.

Team members are expected to exemplify ethical practice, high standards, and creative vision.

Requirements

  • Exceptional computer and other technology skills required to be demonstrated prior to employment.
  • Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
  • Ability to plan and develop training material.
  • Must be well-groomed and pleasant with the public.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of environments including outdoors.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
  • Applicant must pass a background check and Office of Inspector General (OIG) Check.

Experience

  • High School/Equivalent
  • 3-5 years In Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
