Stefanini is looking for Senior Dynamics CRM Developer in San Francisco, CA Highlights of Responsibilities:Design and implement new features, modules or application components that support and integrate with existing Dynamics 365 applications and Power Apps, and platforms.Ability to work on different layers of the application stack including (front-end, middle-tier, and backend).Work with technologies that include .NET, Web services, TFS, JavaScript, CSS, and relational databases, WebAPI's, Analytical Reports (Power Bi, SSRS Reports, Tableau)Effectively and efficiently remediate defects, implement enhancements, and work with customers to resolve issuesInteract and communicate effectively across the organization, specifically with Product Owners, Project Management, and QA during all phases of the SDLC Act with a sense of urgency to achieve critical milestones and resolve customer issuesProvide and support the implementation of business solutionsWorks on projects that may span a broad range of applicationsReviews checklists and scripts and updates as neededAssists in defining development guidelines and standardsEnsures all applications are documented according to standardsStay abreast of the latest technology trendsMay provide on-call support coverage via on call rotation schedule as neededRequires advanced programming techniques and application designOther duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:8+ years of Dynamic CRM/365 Development, and support5+ years of O365(Power Platform, Power Automation, Power BI, Canvas Apps, Dynamics Portal5+ Year of .NET application programming and analysis experience3+ Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven AppsAble to work independent in a Project gathering Users requirement and convert to applicationsExperience in supporting mission critical applications in productionGood knowledge about integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems via SDK. JavaScript, HTML, Dynamics CRM, Visual Studio 2015, Team Foundation Server, and Azure. Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server Reporting Services Knowledge and experience using IIS, SSL, and Web Security. Demonstrate a working knowledge of design patterns and frameworksFamiliar with software security principals and defensive coding best practicesStrong problem-solving skills must be able to think critically and independently Involvement in a number of full product lifecycles (experience with Agile development is a plus)Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.Experience translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs.
