Duration: 12 months Job Description: As a seasoned Product Owner who will drive (and own) product backlog for the consumer facing healthcare mobile app, web and responsive web and will be responsible for measuring the outcomes of this work. Youll partner closely with various product teams, engineering, business, user experience, and other cross functional groups. Use data to make informed decisions to drive and influence the work of your partners. REQUIRED SKILLS ONSHORE / OFFSHORE EXECUTION MODEL BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS GATHERING STORY AUTHORING, GROOMING OF MOBILE / WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT CSPO (Or SAFe PO/PM) JIRA CONFLUENCE PREFERRED SKILLS USER EXPERIENCE & INTERFACE DESIGN CONSUMER DATA ANALYTICS EFFORT ESTIMATION STORYBOARDING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED LANGUAGES English Job Responsibilities: ROLE DESCRIPTION What you will do: As a key member of the Scrum team, the Product Owner constantly works toward achieving expert understanding of the business domain by forging trusted working relationships and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Development and QA Teams, and business groups Draws on all of ones business domain knowledge, software experience, and people skills to help define and analyze business needs Uses functional decomposition to create high-level epics and stories from business asks Works closely with Product Managers and Scrum Teams to prioritize and maintain a value-driven Product Backlog Writes user stories and related acceptance criteria that are very clear, concise, and understandable to support the Development and QA Teams in efficient implementation Understands interrelationship of business and technical functionality and uses this knowledge to identify related and dependent items; prioritizes dependencies and groups related items into themes where practical Assists in the identification and communication of cross-team deliverables Grooms the product backlog with Scrum team and ensure theyre clearly understood by the development teams Conveys the vision and goals at the beginning of a Release and Sprint Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Participates in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Accepts or rejects work done at the end of a sprint based on acceptance criteria Terminates sprints when a change in direction is required Ensures all product stakeholders are updated on project status and sprint outcomes Facilitates discussions between internal and external product stakeholders Work closely with UX Able to install and test the mobile app on the mobile device to validate functionality per user story Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product Able to personally demo the project deliverable to Client stakeholders (Mobile Apps, Web App etc) Able to perform reporting and executive dashboards of backlog progress, portfolio updates What you will bring: Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile driven projects Proficiency with Mobile and Web based applications In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles Healthcare industry experience preferred Experience with UI/UX and User Data Analytics is a plus Strong problem solver, extremely detail-oriented, can handle multiple top priorities at a time, and can work with very time-sensitive deadlines Ability to analyze sprint outcomes to develop recommendations and improvements to products and processes Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines Ability to communicate detailed, persuasive information to all stakeholders verbally and in writing Ability to adhere to design principles Ability to translate ideas and customer input into creative products and solutions Ability to effectively problem solve and brainstorm resolution for complex business and technical challenges Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs Leadership Quality Expectations: Executive communication (incl. risk and issue management) Driving alignment across dependent teams Translating product strategy into epics and stories Ensuring Process adherence Advising (senior) stakeholders Knowledge: Healthcare Domain expertise (incl.
