Business Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO Description: Job Title: Business Analyst (W2 Only) Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities • Partner closely with software engineers, data engineers, designers and other Product Teams to deliver an innovative product • Lead agile ceremonies including daily standups, story workshops, demos, and retrospectives on a regular basis. • Assist in prioritizing items on the digital product backlog for products focused on web-based/mobile client and supporting back-end services • Coordinate releases and deployment • Ensure appropriate documentation/user guides are created to launch and support the digital products • Assist in supporting the application users (Level 1 support after Solutions team) • Understand the business strategy and end user needs at a high enough level that enables delivery of a differentiated offering, with support from Platform Lead and Product Manager • Remain comfortable in an ambiguous environment and prepared to tactically course correct as need arises. • Participate in requirement gathering meetings (as needed for context) • Monitor user feedback and metrics to drive better user experience and business value Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with a focus in IT and 2+ years of experience as a product specialist, business analyst or similar role, or minimum 4 years of equivalent industry experience or similar role • Minimum 2 years of experience in agile software delivery • Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital product is desirable Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
