Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems or related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Azure Fundamentals, and other Microsoft certifications preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in systems engineering or help desk roles
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure Cloud environments
  • Broad knowledge of operating system, end user computing, PC/Workstation based LAN systems and hardware, client functions, and applications in a primarily Windows-based environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft’s enterprise technology platform, including Azure Cloud, Azure Active Directory, SQL, Office365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and the Windows server and desktop operating systems
  • Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with employees, technology staff members and 3rd party technology vendors
  • Basic coding/scripting skills, such as HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and other languages
