Position Summary/Objective: Manage and execute all customer service duties within store consumers and e-commerce consumers. Responding to emails, phone calls, messages, and communicating with customers in and out of the shop, all while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Essential Functions, Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in store and aid in selling the product.

2. Create and maintain great customer relationships to ensure customers are satisfied and taken care of each time they enter or interact with Juiced!.

3. Pack and update the orders that come into the store, contacting customers on status.

4. Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages.

5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint: determine the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

6. Record and manage running documents.

7. Update and use applications to ensure reports are recorded and tracked.

8. Relay information given from applications to customers in order to provide service.

9. Understand applicable work documents including Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all necessary forms and records.

10. Clean and maintain the Juicery office and a lobby.

11. Follow instructions, and carry out directives from the supervisor(s)

12. Multitask duties in store as well as customer service communications.

13. Be able to work the hours of 9-5 daily.

Education and/or Experience:

1. High school diploma, or equivalent, required

2. Basic computer skills are required.

3. Customer service experience preferred.

Language skills:

1. Ability to speak/understand English

2. Ability to read work instructions written in English

3. Ability to craft efficient and high-quality customer service emails

4. Converse with customers via telephone, email, and in person

5. Ability to relay information to the appropriate staff member or upper management when needed

Reasoning Ability:

1. Ability to read, understand, and analyze written or spoken information

2. Understand the basic steps in problem solving

3. Access and resolve technical problems in application systems

4. Ability to deal with multiple contacts to resolve a single issue

5. Ability to offer specific solutions that best fits each issue

Physical Requirements / Demands:

1. Ability to work at a fast, steady pace.

2. Ability to perform work standing up.

3. Ability to lift up to 40lbs on regular basis and 60lbs on occasion

4. Be able to bend, clean, and lift throughout the day
