Customer Service RepresentativeStart Date: 9/12/2022 Pay Rate: $19/hr Contract Length: 3 month Contract to hire Worksite Location: Centennial, Colorado, 80111 Schedule: 7:30am-5pm Mon-Fri Job Description:· Taking inbound calls from members/patients, employers calling on behalf of an employee, or dental practice regarding the new system conversion · Asking questions regarding: ID card, claim that is in process, upcoming procedure, employer might have a question regarding their policy, dental office is asking when they get paid, etc. (these are not just very simple questions) · Responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls from Dental Offices (dentists and office staff), members, group administrators, etc. · Effectively and patiently listens toquestions / concerns provided to them and responds in a timely and accurate manner. · Documents and maintains systematic records of their call. Records are entered in a clear and concise manner in order that they be effectively interpreted by any internal staff member. Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-High School Diploma required -At least 1 year of customer service experience (i.e. call center or retail or hospitality)-Very passionate about serving customers and understand how it is to work in a call center -Someone who is very patient and empathetic to the customers-Someone who has research skills and an attention to detail -Strong written and verbal communication skills (also able to de-escalate upset customers)-Knowledge of computers (i.e. can enter information into Excel, turn on a computer, toggle screens and type, etc.)-Ability to problem solve and utilize resources provided to them (i.e. not always going to Supervisor Manager for issues)NICE TO HAVE:-Previous dental or healthcare experience-Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we’re dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
