Cedarbrook Outdoor Design Build is an award-winning builder of outdoor living spaces. We are seeking Subcontractors interested in building high-end deck and screened-in porches.

Each subcontractor crew must be able to deliver high quality craftsmanship for our customers. Subcontractors must have experience in composite decking; vinyl, aluminum, and composite rail systems; and composite or PVC trim. All our projects are custom designed with some having a higher degree of difficulty.

Projects are offered to subcontractors based on crew skill set and the complexity of our projects.

Subcontractor Requirements:

Must have General Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation per MD law.

Crews should be a minimum of 2 people and are expected to be on-site daily. Must have all tools necessary to complete the project according to the plans and have good reliable transportation. Crew Leader must be able to follow plans and communicate with Installation Managers, homeowners, and building inspectors.
