Head chef for a restaurant in Western Md. In charge of entire kitchen operation to include but not limited to menu, sanitation, quality control, profitability, staff training and schedules. Must be very detail- oriented and have extremely high standards for food quality and very creative with food with the ability and desire to conceptualize scratch recipes for seasonally changing menus using the freshest ingredients available. Wine knowledge will be very helpful. Culinary degree is preferred but extensive experience with references will be acceptable.
Salary will be negotiable
General Manager: Extensive knowledge and experience in front of the house managment, kitchen operations, staff training, and scheduling. References required.
