Cleaner and Property Manager

I need a responsible to clean and manage my cabin in Cheboygan on the Black River. This person would be responsible for Spring cleanings and cleanings between rental guests. This person would be able to communicate with me via internet text and by phone.

Wages to be determined by negotiating with me once we meet. We could work on a percentage of the rental or simply on an hourly or per clean set price.
