Marnas Eatery is looking for experienced sauté line cook from Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 4pm to 10pm to help us put out some great food during our busy nights.
We do cross trained everyone to learn all stations so you will be rotated around.
We just renovated a location in the heart of Robbinsdale and we created a fun open kitchen with great energy, our cuisine is based on Central American food but more focused on Costa Rica.

Duties
Execute with Chef daily prep list (Stock line)
Focus on quality and freshness
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and station
Execute dishes during dinner rush
Stock the line during downtimes
Close restaurant according to list
Qualifications:
5+ years prep and cooking experience (Preferred)
Experience working in a high volume kitchen
Experience working in a scratch kitchen
Able to lift over 50lb
Ability to work in sync with all managers to ensure good service
Ability to work under pressure
Problem solving a plus
Work well without supervision
Maintain high standards at ALL times
Able to prep and cook dishes while maintaining a clean and organized environment during rush
Hungry to learn and create new dishes as we often change things up
Great communication skills
