Duties include customer identification and nurturing, composing and presenting value-based presentations and proposals for both installation and Software as a Service (SaaS) elements of the SaMBa system.Key Duties Include:1) Business Development2) Customer Satisfaction3) Finance4) Cost Control and Productivity5) Contract Renewal6) Estimate and Risk Reviews7) Team Building8) Change Management9) Health, Safety, and Statutory ComplianceYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s Degree

5+ years of experience in front line B2B solution selling

3+ years of experience in selling multi-site SaaS into one or more of the following sectors (Retail, Grocery, Small Commercial, Building Energy Management Systems, EPC)

Good customer facing skills

Flexible and adaptable

Demonstrates honesty and integrity

Effective communicator

Related support services experience with BeMS or similar

Thorough knowledge of SaaS and financial processes.

Projects experience including standard processes and contract awareness. (advantageous)

Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process.

Experience in value selling of SaaS, BeMS or EPC

Financial Skills - The ability to understand financial data at contract level and identify appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key metrics are achieved.
