We are a Student Loan Document Processing company looking for Customer Service and Administrative Assistant candidates who are able to start immediately.
The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service or Administrative Assistant experience, should be comfortable on the phone with clients and willing to learn a new skill and trade. Bilingual is a plus.
We are growing again and we promote from within. There is a great team in place and we are looking to grow as we transition back into the office. Raises and bonuses are based on performance and not on a long or extended 12 month review cycle
Immediate Need for a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant
Handle all inbound customer inquires
Establish and maintain strong Customer relations
Thoroughly understand customer needs and company services
Relay customer feedback to management team
Identify opportunities with clients where the company can offer solutions and value
Maintain and build relationships
Communicate through email, phone, and in-person
Monitor file submissions to completion of consolidations and income driven programs
Record keeping - update CRM system with all correspondence received
Welcome call- understanding what is needing for a successful application, requesting for income documents
Safeguard sensitive consumer information at all times
2+ years of Customer Service experience (Call Center preferred but not required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills
High ethical and professional standards.
Ability to work at a fast pace all day managing their tasks and caseload
Organization and time management. Ability to multi-task

Prior Student Loan experience may be helpful, but we are willing to completely train the right candidates from the ground up.
