Building Maintenance/Painter

Senior living community seeks a building maintenance technician to perform a variety of maintenance duties including painting, light plumbing, light electrical and other maintenance related tasks. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Position offered is full time with paid time off after 90 days, free Access Health care, free lunch daily and a welcoming team oriented work environment.
