Clinical laboratory practice involves the process through which a tech works with other health care professionals to design, implement and monitor a therapeutic plan that will produce specific outcomes for the patient. Through these actions, the Laboratory Department supports the overall goals of the medical center, and improves the health and well-being of the patient. Qualifications:Must be ASCP certified. Can be a MLT/MT or CLT/CLS.MT Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required.Additional Info:The position is 4-10hr days and rotate weekends and on call.The position offers compensation between 27.90hr-37.50hr and will offer a shift differential of 2hr. The facility offers excellent benefits and will help with relocation and offer a couple of months of housing allowance.
