- Proven experience leading and managing innovative teams of highly technical professionals with 10+ years in privacy, security, or a related field
- Strong experience in developing cybersecurity roadmap and strategy.
- Conducts security vulnerability assessments using multiple vulnerabilities and penetration tools to evaluate attack vectors, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with team leads to develop remediation plans.
- Project manages ServiceNow’s Security Operations modules (SIR, VR, VRM, etc.)
- Experience in managing ServiceNow Security Operations software – ServiceNow’s Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules
- Collaborate with technical staff and business owners as a subject matter expert ensuring that exception request lifecycle and workflow are correctly adhered to.
- Demonstrate clear and concise writing, and verbal skills to communicate complex issues and solutions in simple terms to all levels of the organization
- Strong experience in cybersecurity strategic planning, NIST compliance, CMMC or CMMI maturity models
- Strong experience in Program Management or experience planning and leading a team to achieve a technical goal.
- One or more Information Security Certifications preferred: CISSP, CSSLP ,CISM, CCSP,GSLC,GSEC,CISA
- PMI/ PMP/ Scrum Certification Required.
