We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Service Representatives who wants to help make a difference at our rapidly growing company.
Who we are:
We are a locally family owned glass shop established in 2010
What you will do:
Handle customer related phone inquiries in an office environment
Respond to a variety of customer requests by quoting cash, commercial, insurance and online inquiries,
handling warranty issues and assisting with scheduling of repair or replacement of auto and home glass
Schedules customer appointments using the best viable traffic routes and notifies technicians
Prepares workorders for technicians to take to appointments and includes all necessary detailed information
Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently
Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter detailed customer information and notes into our system
Educate our clients on the company’s products and services
Look for innovative ways to enhance the customers’ experience
Be a multi-tasking wizard, switching between multiple screens and systems with speed and ease in order to
provide quick and accurate information to the client
What you will need to succeed:
A pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
Highly developed sense of integrity
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of our services while closing the sale and
scheduling their appointment
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
A strong work ethic, and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
Technically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a client
Above average typing skills, able to type at least 40 wpm
Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (training will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay is $12.00 per hour with raise to $13.00 after probationary period.
