Property Management Company seeking full time Assistant Property Manager. The property is a 150-unit multifamily market rent complex in Portsmouth, NH.
Responsibilities include but not limited the following:
· Assist in the daily operation of the management office and administrative duties following established company procedures and guidelines
· Provide leadership and guidance to the staff in the absence of the property manager
· Answer phones and respond to emails
· Collect rent from residents and post into software. Process applicable deposits, rent and other fees collected
· Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: Record keeping, filing, data entry, maintain and replenish office supplies, and other essential needs as required
· Draft memos and notices to residents via email and/or hand delivery
· Show apartments to prospective tenants
· Process applications
Skills:
· Prior experience in multifamily residential property management preferred. Pay is based on experience.
· Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
