We are currently looking to hire a Seasonal Pick and Pack Workers for a winery in Worcester.

Job Description:

Warehouse and production. Repackaging wine boxes for shipment and putting labels on boxes, pick pack. Perform general labor duties and other miscellaneous duties in the repacking area, warehouse or shop as assigned. While performing the duties of this job, you are occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Keeps the shop or warehouse area and all tools and equipment neat, clean, and in good repair. Cleans work area at the end of every work shift. Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration.

This position will require you to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), move and work in a fast paced and repetitive manner, maintain cleanliness of your work area, and work in a physically demanding role (moving arms, hand, shoulders, and standing for long periods of times)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate bottling machinery (pushing buttons and pulling levers)

Emptying boxes of bottles into machine

Packing bottles in a box and stacking boxes on a pallet (palletizing)

Perform inspection of bottles looking for specific details

Work in a fast-paced manner to meet company goals

Will rotate to different work stations throughout the day

Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY - FRIDAY

7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

COMPENSATION: $15.00 PER HOUR

Must be available to start immediately
