We are looking to bring a part-time maintenance/handyman to the team here at Rosey Property Management. It will be 8-16 hours a week and the hours are very flexible. You can choose which hours work best for you!
Pay ranges on experience.
Tasks Include:
Vinyl Flooring
Changing Locks
Making apartments Rent Ready
Cleaning out debris
Painting
Small plumbing/electrical (If capable)
Landscaping
Must Have:
Vehicle
