The Villages of Stonewood is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician. Ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance and emphasize excellent customer service. (HVAC Certification a plus. If interested but not certified we will pay to get you certified). Every day is different in property management. Great job for those who want to be learning new things and doing different things daily. Must be available to be on-call in a after hours rotation with other team members.
