Maintenance Tech/Make Ready Specialist $19

Madison Estates, a senior living community, is currently hiring for a full time maintenance tech/make ready specialist. If you have a passion for apartment make ready and the details matter to you we want to speak with you!

The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset:

-drywall repairs/installation (tape, float, texture)

-painting

-minor carpentry (cutting installing baseboards, crown molding, etc. )

-basic plumbing skills

-general trouble shooting skills

Minimum of one to two year experience
