Job Qualifications
-Exceptional cooking skills
-Directs food preparation and collaborates with kitchen management team
-Ability to effectively manage the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties fairly
-Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Values cleanliness and organization within their kitchen which sets an example for the rest of the staff
-Performs other duties as directed
-Communicate properly with the Front of house team
This is a 4 day work week, 4 days off 38-45 hours a week
