FIELD INSTALLER & CREW LEADERS NEEDED

We are currently hiring for both Field Installer and Crew leader positions. We provide full time, year round work, as well as all tools and training. We also offer a great work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Experience is recommended, but not required. WE ALSO OFFER WEEKLY PAY! EVERY FRIDAY! AND NO WEEKENDS We specialize in Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing.

A Field Installer's job responsibilities will include:

Loading materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job.

Installing jobs using company approved materials and methods.

Unloading and cleaning the truck.

Providing a remarkable experience to our customers.

Pay range will be between $15-$22 per hour based on experience.

A Crew Leader's job responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of 2 or more members.

Completing projects within an allotted time frame.

Working with a supervisor and inspector on any projects.

Being responsible for ensuring that the team is operating at the highest potential each day.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Providing outstanding communication

Ensuring that paperwork is turned in daily.

Pay with range between $23-$28 per hour based on experience.
