What we ask for:

-Be a licensed real estate agent (it is okay to start the process to get a license - we can certainly guide you through the steps; you do however need a license to start with us).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48,606.00 - $167,663.00 per year

Our current portfolio consists of cabins, cottages, multifamily, single-family, condos, and apartments located in and around Sheridan County!

This position is primarily a sales position. At WyoStays we believe in a "Squad Structure". Although our property managers are licensed and responsible for the success of the operation of their portfolio, they will not be doing this alone. Our managers have the assistance of a dedicated operations manager who will aid in the scheduling and follow-up with all vendors. This allows for focus on serving more clients!

This position has a flexible schedule and the ability to determine your own pay!

Real Estate Agent/ Property Manager Qualifications & Skills:

• Motivation for sales
• Must Hold a Wyoming Real Estate License or be in process of acquiring one
• Negotiation
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Competence with office management software
• Professionalism
• Internal communications
• Listening
• Expert Level Cookie Baking Skills Highly Preferred (Not too crunchy, but not too soft, ya know?)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Not Required)
• 3-5 years experience in real estate or sales preferred
• Property management-specific experience is a plus (especially if around vacation rentals!)
• Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
