Reliable & experienced cleaner needed! (Reno)

I am seeking one or two reliable cleaners who are available on Sundays. MUST have experience and at least three references. I have two homes that need cleaning once a week, and I'm looking for someone to start first week of August. Pay is negotiable based on experience. MUST have your own transportation, government ID, and pass a background check. MUST BE A NON-SMOKER. Laundry is involved.

Both homes are in the midtown/downtown area.
