Our Financial Asset Management Client is seeking a Project Manager to join their CX Web Team. This individual will be part of the PMO organization managing the portfolio of marketing projects, initially focusing on the client servicing and onboarding application built in Appian. This role will work closely with business owners, internal clients, and the development team.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the business to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Explain project requirements to the development team to properly estimate work.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders.
- Manage our agile development process by organizing and estimating our sprints.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Must have experience working in Financial Services / Asset Management
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience working in Microsoft office specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with BPM platforms specifically Appian preferred
