  • Interfaces directly with internal customers and various departments, troubleshooting user desktop issues to resolution and provides timely feedback to customer/dept
  • Provides excellent customer service to all, creating an open and accessible environment when interacting with others
  • Provides day-to-day hands on support to the Company's infrastructure, end user laptops, desktops, servers, email, mobile devices and applications
  • Provides break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, application installs, user support and training.
  • Provides consistent communication to team and manager regarding issues and escalations
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
  • Strong Microsoft Operating System installation (Win 7/Win 8.1/Win 10/Mac OS)
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
  • Knowledge in windows Image build process and SCCM deployments
  • User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
  • Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Must be organized, motivated, and a team player
Qualifications - Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
