Web Analytics Analyst (Santa Clara, CA) We are looking for an experienced Web Analytics Analyst for a global B2B high tech company. This role will be responsible for the analysis of website behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience. This role will use quantitative data gathered with software measurement tools, traffic extracts, clickstreams, and drill-downs to develop an understanding of customer behavior, demographics, and lifecycle. This is a 4-month project (extensions possible), 40 hours per role, Onsite at our client's offices in Santa Clara CA once the office will reopen. . This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits and 401K offered. Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities for segmentation and site analysis
- Manage measurement design, set up, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing
- Analyze web traffic and site behavior using Adobe analytics to derive customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on the improved website experience
- Maintain and support web data integrity. Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionality, tracking parameter implementations.
- Analyze and structure data in a way that tells a story, communicate findings to cross-functional partners, and recommend the best next steps
- Produce reports that are accurate, intuitive, actionable, and ensure reports are distributed on a timely basis.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions
- 3+ years of website analytics experience in a B2B high tech company.
- Experience with Adobe analytics
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (SQL, Python, R or similar languages)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree
