Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a remote Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect for a contract assignment with one of our premier Human Resources clients. 100% remote contract Responsibilities :
- Overall end-to-end technical design of project solutions ensuring that designs align with the enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices and standards, and architectural principles; ultimately leading the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- All aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Deep experience in designing and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud including expertise and data integration with enterprise applications.
- A history of working optimally in small innovative software teams.
- Serve as the Application architectural SME for one or more of the key areas of Oracle Fusion functionality: ERP, EPM, HCM, Incentive Compensation.
- Evaluate and understand business needs, proposing scalable solutions with Oracle Fusion enabled functionality and standardization.
- Evaluate all business requirements and come up with an end-to-end solution in the form of products or services.
- Closely look at how the different elements of business, information, and technology can be applied to solve a specific problem.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the tasks and activities that are involved with its successful implementation.
- Oversee all technological and security risks and make sure that the described solution proves to be consistent while meeting all the necessary requirements.
- Partner with supporting organizations for robustness, ongoing maintenance, and overall stability of our Oracle Cloud platform.
- Responsible for project technical design specifications in alignment with software principles, standards, guidelines, blueprints, existing frameworks, and components.
- Provides PoC's when necessary: to identify and mitigate areas of technical risk; to provide contrast and analysis of differing technical approaches.
- Responsible for alignment with the architecture of other product areas.
- Coach and provides guidance to implementation teams in support of project designs, initial sizing, and delivery.
- Education / Experience: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Science desired plus 7+ years of applicable technical experience; or equivalent education and / or work-related experience.
- Licenses and Certificates: Oracle Certification and Training with demonstration of applied skills / knowledge.
- Demonstrated sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.
- Mastered at least one area of expertise across Oracle ERP / EPM (Accounting, Reconciliation, Procure to Pay, Financial Planning) HCM, and Incentive Compensation.
- Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products.
- Apply technology and consulting to solve business problems.
- Solid collaboration skills.
- Works well in a team environment where team members may be distributed (not co-located)
- Determine option paths and alternatives and working within the team to reach consensus on decisions
