- Gather requirements to design and build a new Automated Data Transfer (ADT) agent that securely transfers data to database systems
- Update Automated Data Transfer agent to develop agent upgrade and implement installation
- Design, develop, modify, and implement new web applications
- Create test strategies and participate in the testing processes
- Install the new ADT agent on information systems
- Train technical staff to use and configure the new ADT agent
- Develop technical system documentation for projects being developed
- Provide technical support to end users for initial deployment period
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of related IT experience
- Highly skilled in .NET, HTML5, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL, and T-SQL
- Experience designing a web interface with the .NET framework
- Experience working with and manipulating large amounts of data
- Experience developing web services that are capable of securely transferring data
- Skilled in object-oriented programming and design skills
- Experience writing, maintaining, testing, and debugging code in applicable programming languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
