- Work with senior leadership and product development teams to define and develop an Enterprise Data Vision and Strategy
- Help define the vision, strategy, and principles for data management
- Support definition, development, and maintenance of an Enterprise Data Roadmap including capability maturity, technology mapping, and technology usage footprint
- Define standards for physical, naming, governance, managing, modeling, enriching, transforming, moving, storing, searching, and delivering all data within the enterprise
- Propose specific integration design
- Support implementation teams with guidance during implementation
- Document architecture
- Support groups with 3rd level support and troubleshooting when required
- Build and maintain Enterprise Data Standards and Enterprise Data/Information Model
- Assist with process and policies of the various Enterprise Data Governance Functions and Frameworks, including data security requirements
- Prepare and support data and analytic research, presentations, whitepapers, business cases, and pilot applications that demonstrate how technology can affect and increase business value
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Database development and/or architecture
- At least 5 years of experience with remedial support for DB2
- Experience with solution design
- Experience with DB2 and Postgres databases
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
