- Install, update, upgrade and troubleshoot VMware hypervisors, data center hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, and system software
- Conduct preventive, corrective, and pro-active system administration tasks to ensure all systems are operating optimally
- Manage system and network services including DNS, DHCP, Directory Services, malware protection, and data backup services.
- Coordinate with vendor service personnel during installation, upgrade, repairs, and other maintenance of data center facilities
- Assist in maintaining server and storage infrastructure security
- Other duties as required
- At least 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining VMware vSphere/ESXi 6.7 and/or 7.x
- At least 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher
- At least 2 years of experience maintaining enterprise data center computers and storage infrastructure
- Experience securing Windows Server and VMware vSphere/ESXi
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and management of operating systems, firmware, appliances, and applications
- Ability to work flexible hours during workdays (M-F) as required
- Ability to be available for emergency call-in during weekends and holidays, on-site or remotely
