Systems Analyst

Description:12 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate requirements and ensure delivery and compliance
  • Determine nature of project, form and adequacy of source information, specific work operations necessary, and type of results required
  • Perform complex and difficult technical work in systems analysis
  • Assist in most complex and difficult systems analysis
  • Study operating departments' procedures and/or data processing to determine feasibility of converting business processes or problems to automatic data processing
  • Analyze project in relation to procured SaaS product and optimum use of available system
  • Create input-output and flowcharts to show sequence of operations and computations
  • Manage and maintain configurations (forms, reports, drop downs, workflows, roles) within procured SaaS product
  • Reconcile duplicate individual data and merge records accordingly
  • Review user issues and provide resolution or submit tickets to SaaS product vendor
  • Attend vendor training sessions, including superuser trainings and analytics training
  • Support training of new users
  • Coordinate and participate in testing system updates
  • Assist analytics team in running and developing reports
  • Create and update regular status reports of work performed
  • Develop and utilize processes to track and manage change request and defect tickets
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with large software programs
  • Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
  • Solid understanding of principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
  • Experience with SDLC in an Agile environment
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
  • UAT experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
