- Work with project managers and business analysts to ensure clear documentation of business, functional, technical, and performance requirements
- Provide Business Analyst functions ensure all GAPS have been identified between previous and new COTE solution
- Define and document business processes and workflow
- Conduct interviews to understand needs
- Monitor implementation approach, project plan, and timeline
- Provide periodic status reports
- Ensure successful testing and implementation of data migrations, exchanges, and interfaces, and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Assist contracted IT vendor and project manager with definition and implementation of change management strategies and plans
- Define and automate notification processes
- Develop and document role-based permissions
- Identify reports and queries required by end users
- Document procedures and processes for adding/removing user accounts
- Document application support procedures for internal and external users
- Manage go live and initial support issues
- Maintain an integrated master schedule
- Maintain master documentation of overall system functionality
- Assist with the development and execution of a detailed training plan and schedule for internal and external users, trainers, and system administrators
- Manage external consultants
- Other duties as required
- At least 7 years of experience as an IT PM
- PMP Certification
- Procurement experience a plus
