Program Manager II

Location: Atlanta, GA Description: Title: Program Manager II Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12+ Months Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Strong Problem Solving /Analytical Skills - Identify and fix issues, address escalations and resolve in timely and efficient manner for successful planning
• Understanding of Google Cloud/Similar products - Basic understanding industry landscape, product landscape
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills

• BA/BS Degree is required.
• Certification - Any Cloud Product certification. Preferably Google Cloud Digital Leader.
• 2 years + Project Management or Ticket Management for Customer support or similar workflow
• Strong experience with Google Workspace products ( Google Sheets, Doc)
• Basic SQL/ Dash boarding skills
• Understanding of Google Cloud
• Google Workspace - Advanced Google sheets and Google Docs experience or similar products.
• Basic SQL - Ability to create or modify simple queries or make simple dashboard
• Strong written/Verbal communication
• SQL - Advanced SQL skills to conduct business analysis on a case to case basis and ability to create advanced dashboard using SQL/Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of sales planning/CRM tools like salesforce/Anaplan - 2+ year experience as primary user of tool / CRM subject matter expert.

• 2+ years of experience Sales Planning /CRM/ Cloud Support with tools like Salesforce, Anaplan.
