Sales Force Business Analyst

• Understand business needs and clearly translate them into business requirements to be implemented.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
• Supporting strategic and tactical operation of the Salesforce platform, related processes, and workflows, as well as working with the user community on an ongoing basis to improve and enhance the CRM platform
• Oversee all activities related to managing changes within Salesforce, including changes to business processes, technology, and people
• Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes
• Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements
• Research end user reported bugs and work with development to resolve issues

• 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and have experience designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce
• Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus
• Able to work independently,
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members

• Understand business needs and clearly translate them into business and functional user requirements
• Ability to gather, analyze requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Sales Force application with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies
• Experience with Cloud Technologies like Azure a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps a plus
