Our client, a federation of health insurance companies, is seeking a Data Security Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL Position Type: Contract Job Summary: Reviews software application requirements to build potential solutions and architecture to secure data using various techniques that involve Tokenization/De Tokenization, Encryption / Decryption, Masking and Anonymization in On Prem and Cloud Environments. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in Application security tools and technologies.
- Understanding Data security methodologies like Tokenization Encryption and Masking concepts.
- Understanding of various databases like DB2, MS SQL and Oracle.
- Understanding of Networks, firewalls (Intranet, internet, Ports) Network Load balancers.
- Share passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7+ years' relevant experience needed.
- Python, Masking and Tokenization
- 3 to 5 years experience Data Security tools like Protegrity, PGP, GPG etc.
