  • Support, maintain and install enterprise wide A/V systems.
  • Collaborate and provide excellent customer service to business stakeholders to support and maintain A/V solutions
  • Manage projects while leading in the installation of the following: large displays, projectors and screens, Smart boards, speakers, amplifiers, audio/video switchers, mixers, DSP's, microphones, control systems, video conferencing units and familiarity in control systems programming.
  • The ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
  • Provide in-room support for VIP events as needed
  • Troubleshoot audiovisual and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio and video conferencing).
  • Proven interpersonal skills with a demonstrated focus on the customer
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization, and to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to be a self-driven, reflective team member who can handle the variety of tasks assigned through innovative thinking, organization and effective prioritization.
