Incident Management Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Richmond, VA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Incident Management Infrastructure Specialist • Respond to all high priority outage incidents, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process. • Drive recovery of high priority incidents conference calls to meet aggressive Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) targets. • Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business. • Produce and update documents that outline incident process and procedures. • Collaborate with the incident management team to ensure that all procedures are diligently followed. • Document all incidents to include recovery actions, teams engaged, and resolution.• Communicate and escalate to upper management and leadership based on defined procedures. • Manage the incident volume by distributing workloads and re-scheduling non-urgent tasks.Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
