Workday Security Lead (Remote)

A technology company in Nevada has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Workday Security Lead. In this role, the Workday Security Lead (Remote) will be responsible for leading the architecture, configuration, and governance of security groups, roles, and permissions in the company's global Workday HCM system.

• Collaborate with both Technology and Business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain the Workday Security Matrix
• Architect Workday HCM security solutions that ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Configure and maintain security groups, roles, and permissions across all Workday modules and users
• Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
• Conduct security reviews periodically and ensure compliance
• Serve as subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating security risks and consulting on best practices
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for managing security for Workday platform
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership or similar level role, preferably with a large global organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Workday Functional Security expert with strong project management skill
• Consultative ability to analyze business needs, develop and document business requirements, prototype, develop, and implement solutions
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Workday certification
• Experience with and understanding of Global Security and Privacy laws
• Experience in gaming, content distribution, Media & Entertainment, or Retail industry
