Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager- POS (Simphony) for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite contract opportunity.SummaryThe Project Manager- POS (Simphony) role is to support of a Point of Sale -Simphony upgrade in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities- Manage the implementation and upgrade of Micros Simphony Point of Sale System
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects including managing resource inter-dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, and quality.
- MUST HAVE: 3 to 5 years of experience as a professional as a Project Manager
- Experience with Micros POS Hardware replacement and part upgrade/update
- Hardware, Software management experience including implementation in a hospitality setting
- Excellent at building relationships and creating a strong team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including
- Excellent business-facing communication especially with senior stakeholders
- Effective communicator with partners across all technical levels
- Team player with a willingness to jump in with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with a fast pace and the flexibility to navigate constant change
- Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
- Gaming or Hotel Industry IT Project Management experience preferred
- Experience managing Interfaces Installation and services. (Opera, EZbar, VSS, SVC, IGT, Avero, Elavon Credit card processing system)
- Experience with PCI Compliance
- PMP Preferred
