NetApp / NAS Engineer (Onsite):100% ONSITE in Salt Lake City, UtahBusiness Hours = 9:30 to 6:30 PM MST (4 days a week with 10 hr shifts / rotating weekend schedule) Must have skills: NetApp / NAS Project Tasks Operational Residents may perform the following over the duration of the engagement:

Administration:Monitors, reviews, and manages infrastructureManages user requestsManages and reviews log filesGenerates regular operational reports

Problem Management:Isolates and troubleshoots incidentsPerforms service incident coordinationOpens service requests on behalf of the CustomerParticipates in root cause analysis review

Change Management:Performs software/firmware management assistance and collaborationImplements change management requestsAssists with the solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with other key stakeholdersManages migration activities (monitor reports)

Continual Service Improvement:Recommends procedure changes that result in operational optimizationShares best practices from other engagementsProvides performance tuning recommendations
