If you have experience with VDI Support and VMWare and are ready for your next opportunity - please reach out to Daisy Joseph at Summary:We are seeking a candidate to join our client's Sporting Goods organization as a VDI Support Engineer. We are looking for someone to assist the lead VDI Engineer and offshore MSA team with support ticket queue and to help drive processes. Ideally we are looking for candidates with an understanding of triage that are experienced with working in a VMWare Horizon environment and acting as an L3 escalation path between teams.What you need:-VDI Support experience-Experience being an L3 escalation path-Experience supporting VMWare Horizon environments-Experience managing an L3 support team and conducting RCA-Experience managing the support feedback loop - reducing ticket volume, reducing escalations, improving knowledge base articles, training help desk staff and providing access to appropriate functionsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
