Position: Senior DevOps EngineerRate : Open Negotiable for the right candidate Duration: Full timeLocation: Dallas, TXIf You Join Us, You Will:- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our DevOps Pipelines
- Automate Development and Infrastructure activities
- Secure infrastructure and automate security controls
- Conduct design, process, and infrastructure/security reviews
- Work with clients and vendors to develop a best-in-class DevOps solution
- Identify client MVPs
- Knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices
- Proficient with Development Operations
- Comfortable with IT Architecture and System Integration
- Aware of software development risks, with an appreciation for what is technically feasible
- Able to maintain a high level of coding, testing, and engineering standards
- Able to be flexible and adaptable if changes in priorities occur
- Self-starters and fast-learners who are able to independently research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
- Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams
- Confident and proactive in communicating challenges or opportunities
- Committed to their personal success, as well as success of their peers
- Technologists at heart and leaders in practice
- Strong fundamentals in Linux, Unix
- Extensive work with AWS and other Cloud Service Providers. GovCloud experience preferred
- Strong Infrastructure and Configuration management Experience
- Prior experience with DevOps automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Istio, Gitlab, and Docker.
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying design patterns
- Demonstrated ability to drive and articulate technical challenges and solutions
- BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Experience collaborating with customers, developers, UX designers, and other non-technical partners
- Exposed to developing big data, AI/ML, event-streaming, edge-computing, cybersecurity solutions
- Certifications: Security+, CKA / CKAD, CISSP
