- Collaborate and work across a broad base of stakeholders within one or more business units or processes to align technology solutions to business strategies.
- Elicit requirements, document, analyze, and manage changes to gain agreement.
- Support HR, Finance and Legal related initiatives including integrations and business process changes and can understand the downstream impact of said changes
- Manage multiple initiatives through individual work tasks, releases and large scale project deliveries
- Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability, ensuring delivery to the end user's highest needs
- Work collaboratively in an innovative and collaborative culture
- Understand and appreciate the sensitivity of working with HR Data
- Understand general HR Business Processes related to payroll, benefits, learning and operations
- Understand general Finance concepts and terms
- Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolutions
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and attention to detail
- Previous Workday experience preferred
- How to identify and remove obstacles to promote change
- Deliver innovative solutions for internal partners
- Learn new systems, technology and methods
- First 30 days:
- Engage with business partners to understand vision, strategy and goals
- Training development, delivery and learn about the active projects and teams you'll be working with
- Become familiar with our current projects
- First 6 months:
- Have your first few projects underway
- Expand your knowledge of systems and processes through engagement with business units and projects
- Independently scheduling necessary meetings and calls
- First year
- Be a go to person to kickstart new projects
- Be a champion for continuous improvement and helping teams to adopt new processes and project methodologies
- Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders so you are recognized by business units and IS management as a go to resource
