• Delivers activities within the agreed Service Levels across the IT products and services portfolio to be compliant with company-wide SLAs.
• Complete tasks and projects and activities accurately and thoroughly within time expectations and quality standards.
• Provides deliverables that are effective in meeting the requirements of the customer
• Ensures quality standards and processes, and customer satisfaction levels meet targets
• Accountable for the delivery of discrete projects/areas of work to deliver improved service.
• Establishes best practices and shares knowledge with others in area of responsibility and expertise.
• Able to identify service improvements in area of expertise and to record the appropriate actions to deliver the improvement
• Propose and defines change and developments to key IT processes to ensure timely delivery to the business.
• Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and internal clients to deliver IT activities in support of business goals.
• Works with 3rd party service suppliers to deliver IT products/services in line with SLA’s

• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or Architecture role
• Tier 1/Tier 2
• Heavy migration experience preferred
• Multiple data center migrations and setup
• SRDF Replication
• Working in a controlled environment
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Multidiscipline IT knowledge (Cisco/Dell, MDS, SAN, & O365, Active Directory, SQL, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, CIFS, S3)
• Oracle Environment
• Data Protection, recovery testing
• Experience with storage administration, including low-level system tasks. SAN, NAS, Object disk based backup libraries
• Experience with backup/archiving concepts and technologies
• Reporting and Automation
• Command line experience strongly preferred (OS, SAN, and Storage)
• Dell Storage technologies highly desired (PowerMax, Isilon, ECS, Unity)
• Cisco Server technologies highly desired (UCS)
• Backup technologies highly desired (Dell EMC DataDomain, Power Protect Data Manager, Avamar, NetBackup, Veeam)
• Previous hardware experience an advantage
• System administration experience in the following areas – Windows Server, Linux (RHEL and OEL), Cisco, Dell, VmWare
• Familiar with ITIL based operation
• Understands energy sector lingo a plus
