- Collect, examine and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized and documented
- Responsible for facilitation and harvesting of core business needs, enabling translation, visualization and development of high quality technology solutions for a transformational Data and Analytics organization.
- Define, develop and manage a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.
- Facilitates delivery of new products, technology solutions and releases, providing off hours (24x7) support as necessary.
- Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability, ensuring delivery to the end user's highest needs
- Familiarity with SQL queries
- Experience with Agile delivery practices.
- Experience with Business Analysis techniques such as Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, Process Flows.
- Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
- Relationship building and management skills are critical
- High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic / ambiguous environment.
- Proven experience providing business analysis for a data and analytics function desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Work collaboratively in a innovative and collaborative culture

- Engage with business partners to understand DnA vision, strategy and goals
- Training development, delivery and learn about the active projects and teams you'll be working with
- First 6 months:
- Have your first few projects underway
- Expand your knowledge of systems and processes through engagement with business units and projects
- Set up meetings and calls
- First year
- Be a go to person to kickstart new projects
- Be a champion for continuous improvement and helping teams to adopt new processes and project methodologies
- Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders so you are recognized by business units and IS management as a go to resource
