- Maintain a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
- Regularly evaluate cloud applications, processes, and software.
- Develop and organize cloud systems.
- Keep up with state-of-the-art AWS security features and processes and work closely with IT security to enforce and monitor the company’s cloud privacy.
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with customer to implement and/or consult requested solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc. or equivalent work experience.
- AWS Certifications.
- 3-5+ years of experience designing, executing and supporting IT cloud solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of AWS cloud computing technologies and DevOps driven environment.
- Understand complex AWS infrastructure designs and potential cost optimization parameters.
- Demonstrated scripting ability. Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, JSON, Python, Terraform and other scripting tools is strongly recommended.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
- Demonstrated experience with architecting and deploying solutions with Amazon Web Services.
